This is for milpages.com. It's a military social news website. I don't need anything futuristic, but something that says military, Have fun with this and be creative. Looking for something that really stands out and makes the site add a bit of professionalism. @qw3rtty - Please post here. I am not doing PM's for this. @Faizan - I like this, but not a fan of the camo color scheme. @blank - different approach and I like it, not sure if it one I would pick though. @artsim - Good, but I don't think this really captures the whole group of people we reach.
I don't want to post samples as I don't want to "borrow" from other like sites. The biggest things are: 1. Should represent all branches of the military, i.e. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard...and possibly their families. 2. Use the correct colors I laid out. 3. Not be some futuristic military logo. Should be classy, professional, and something that would be strong. blank, yours was good, but I am not sure what I would change on it. Maybe it's the banner throwing it off. I really like how you did the "M" though!
Ok everyone, looks like this isn't going to be a successful contest. I said 72 hours and it's past. There just simply a design we are really interested in this round. I appreciate the entries, but in the end there just wasn't anything representative of the site. Contest closed.
