Contest $ 20,- logo redesign (paypal)

I know christmas is coming up but I need this done in a hurry, hope you guys can help me out.

For a charity foundation i need a logo redesign, this is how the current logo looks like:





The logo resembles the roadmap of a small town shown here View with Google maps



They want to keep the current color sceme, but i'd like to see two drafts. One using the current 4 colors and one in witch you can choose from the colors green, blue (as shown below), black and white.



The logo must contain the words
"Stichting
Hof van Nagele"
Needless to say this needs some work.
The town is know for the numerous courtyards and central park around wich all the buildings are situated. The towns layout was designed by 8 well know architects and was supposed to be a miniature of how future city's should be developed.

I'd like the logo to be in .psd and vector.

My designs are 100% vector so changes can be easily changed, just let me know. wasn't sure what font you were looking for so i did a couple. cheers.

Nice, we like the font on the second one better. Could you remove all the colored squares and do all the lines in dark blue? Then make the central park an the surrounding courtyards green?

 

Hey, thanks for the feedback, wasn't 100% sure which parts you wanted green. so i did a map with numbers to identify which area you want green so just let me know which numbers you want green. Hope that helps

 

I have seen several of your tries in many contests here and I would like to suggest you to use some fonts like Myriad Pro, Impact etc for professional designs There are also several fonts like the one u used in this but it's hard to find free fonts which you can use commercially Just my 2 cents, I am trying to help If you work out your font your design would be better

Nontheless, the font i used is free since the ministry of technology in Thailand has developed them and can be used for free

Can anyone tell me why there where so few reactions in this contest, I guess it has something to do with my first post but like to hear why.

Could you do squares 5 & 7 white and square 10 green. Further there should be a green square in the lower left corner of number 14. Could you also do the football park (upper left corner of the roundabout) green whit a white border on the upper and left side Then change the color of the roads to black again but leave the creek dark blue. Last leave the roads connecting to the roundabout and the creek in bold lines but all the other lines thin and change the fontcolor to dark blue.

I guess the few reactions were because Mark Lancaster will surely win, he did exactly what you wanted I don't think anyone will redo exactly the same thing Even I could do it but it's a waste of time, better let the first who did it like you wanted win
