Contest $20 Logo redesign for Real Estate Agent

I am rebranding my estate agency and have had a few designs done already but have decided to change the name of the agency to Richards & Co.
I would like a new logo designed using the same layout and colours as this image:

I am undecided whether to go with a blue or black background for the logo, thats why there are 2 variations but just choose whatever you think looks best. I want to stick with the colours, BLACK, BLUE & WHITE only, thanks.

Thanks, its Richards & Co, with an S at the end of Richard. Keep the logo clean and simple.

 

Thats good Muddy, more along those lines. A definite contender although please feel free to tweak the font to see if it can be more corporate.

Some good work here, I like the use of the house logo so keep using that and play around with fonts to make the name look professional and high class. I will announce a winner later today as I am happy with a couple of the designs already but there is still time for someone to make improvements or a new design.

 

Also, try to use a similar font to the attached link as it needs to stand out and be quite bold. The Richards and Co can be bigger and bolder than the words 'Estate Agents'.
