$20 logo/header design contest for GamerWorld.ca

Hi all,

I'm looking for some fun games-related header/logo for my new site http://www.GamerWorld.ca (note: it will be focused on PC gaming news).

It's a part of the following sites network: www.iphoneworld.ca / www.gizmoworld.ca / www.hardwareworld.ca , so please use the same left side placement location for text (so it'd be easily identifiable as the same network ).

Required text:
- big letters: Gamer World
- small letters under it: Your daily dose of gaming news.

The size has to be 690 x 115.

This contest stops once I see a design I like, payment will be sent by Paypal.

Would you pay for e-gold?

 

Hi,

I really like the writing text, however... Could you put in a background image in there instead of the green depressing background? I'd like the header to be fun and relevant for gamers, for example, see the header at www.iphoneworld.ca -- t gives personality to the site and it uses the iphone background theme... so i'd like to have something like that for games

Also, there's no need to include the names of the networked sites in there -- I was just showing them as examples of existing headers

Hi everybody,

Thank you SO much for all the entries! It was really hard to decide which one is the best... So hard that I've decided to give additional $10 each to two second place runners.

#1 = $20

#2 = $10 each

First place design is just awesome, and I really liked second place designs so much that I think I will switch to them every once in a while, just for fun.
