Contest $20 logo for new online game, great creative project! 48 hours

    Hello everyone,

    My client requires a logo for a new online game titled "Syndicate Wars" You have complete creative control on this project but the logo needs to be on a black background.

    First round of applications are required within 24 hours. Feedback will be given for any revisions, then you have another 24 hours to submit your revised application

    If you do require a starting point, the client sent in four logos which he liked.

    Remember however, you have complete creative control and the winner will need to submit the most exciting, creative and artistic logo for this upcoming online game.

    Please note: I reserve the right to cancel the contest should the quality of entries are not be up to the client's standard.

    Winner is required to send across the PSD file and will be paid via paypal, I look forward to your great designs! :)

    Not a bad start Jeremy, looking for a bit more quality however. A lot more work is needed in the text font, style, feel and look. Would advise to google some other strategy game logos and see how they try they market their brand.

    Would you mind if I asked what the game is about? Im assuming by the your examples it is a space trading game or something along those lines?

    It is a global online trading card game, it's not set in a space scene, but is definitely looking to market a global scene.

    So just a few details:

    * Is it futuristic, modern, fantasy, or historic
    * What is the setting (industrial, corporate etc)
    * Are you going for a real serious feeling with the black background or a more fun feeling?

    - Not fantasy or historic and modern and a touch of futurism to it.
    - Its a global game so setting is hard to describe, I would be interested to see how your logos would differ for both industrial and corporate settings and then I can tell you which direction you should go
    - More of a serious feeling with the black background

    Client requires the font colour in white on a black background


    Specific Feedback

    JDPepper - I am afraid I am not allowed to give any access to gaming material

    JeremyHowell - Client looking something with more quality, some effects in the font required

    Dante777 - Back to the drawing board, not my words but the clients.

    Carnage0021 - Client likes the Syndicate Wars typo but doesn't like the the W icon, what other ideas do you have?

    Bouba - Client likes the structure, but doesn't like the colour scheme or font type. Can you make it look more sleek

    misterbadz - Client likes your structure but requires a more finesse font.
