Contest $20 Logo Design for 1 word brand name (tech blog)

I want a logo for a 1 word website.
Name is cr n ch (without spaces)

There are not much primary conditions. The logo should be modern, clean and should look good with both dark and light backgrounds and also in small and large sizes.

The website is a tech blog in online income niche. please do emphasize on missing U in your design.

And yes, I will chose a winner in either 2 to 3 days.

^I think CAPITALs are not working. and also the bolt symbol.

^Nice typography. but TECH + BLOG does not necessarily mean GEAR+CHAT symbols. moreover gradients are not working.

^ Nice colors. but I think I have seen this symbol/icon somewhere already.

^Well those stacked papers symbols are very overused everywhere. And why inverting R? Try inverting N instead. It wont look a russian then.

^R looks very silly. can we try some other way rather than demorphing letters.
