Great ideas everyone... I will pass them along to the team and will have some responses soon... just as a side note * the team consists of 8 women and 4 guys... so the logo doesn't have to be just men. If it is possible to have a guy and girl would be alright.

So the results are in and their have been a couple of changes requested to be made by the two designs that are liked... @ draxter - Your 1st entry (#3) - Make the whole design one color (try red) and spread the slogan out under the whole word "SWASS". @ kainraziall - Your 2nd entry (#18) - Make the whole design one color (try blue), extend the top of the "S" out over the "W" to fill the void. Leave me the one male runner to the left and delete the other three.
