$20 logo contest

Here's my entry, It's in vector format, scaleable to any size, and colors are changed easily. Please let me know what you think, and what to change.

 

I did a revision of the logo:


Feedback on both, and which you like better will be greatly appreciated.

 

I am looking for something that incorporates the sleep aspect (e.g somebody asleep, falling asleep, clouds etc) in the logo itself.
