$20 logo contest- need asap

Alright, I am looking for a logo that will do my new website marketing firm justice. I am looking for something clean and professional with blue as the main color, but it will need some other colors as well. My Company is called Overdrive Media. I offer website marketing and seo services as well as content creation, but go off the internet theme. I need this logo quick and it needs to be a large format with PSD and jpg included. The payout is $20 for the logo and if you do well, then I might use you again for my other websites! Payment by paypal only!

Because it's almost identical, minus the colors, to one I have running in another contest and I asked them about it and said it didn't seem fair if both contest holders chose that design they would no longer have a unique logo... They said they didn't copy mine but chose to withdraw it anyways.

 

I appreciate the honesty here everyone, keep them coming. Its a hard decision!
