Contest $20 Logo contest for "The Best Forum Ever" - rebranding

Hello everyone,

I'm in the market for another logo and you guys have always been an amazing resource coming up with ideas I had never thought of.

This is the site, it's a forum, it's "The Best Forum Ever", or at least that is the URL and name, hopefully it'll be true one day but if not it's going to be the best forum for the friends on it now..lol

Theme behind the site: fun and friendly place to talk about anything you like (a typical general forum)
Colors: I'll match the style to the logo, my only request would be a transparent background.
Info on readers: 18+, English speaking

Needs placement for a tagline that would could show or hide depending on the time of year.

I have ideas and additions that I like to create with the winners logo, they are below and I usually work one on one with the designer afterwards but you're welcome to add these to your submissions and I'll critique. This can be beneficial to everyone because as the pages go on my idea starts to really take shape with what you guys present. I know the very basics of what I want, you guys the designers really unlock the potential.

IDEA: The forum has used the call letters "TBFE" in the past. I think I'd rather have everything spelled out for the logo but I would like be have a smaller matching icon that would match up with the logo. Maybe same color and font but it just be the 4 letters. These would be used as default avatars or maybe other icons of the site to match the overall brand.

IDEA 2: The forum has has a mascot of sorts in the past, I don't remember what it was but I think they pulled it from a meme. I didn't exactly care the subject they used in the past but I would be open to the idea of a matching mascot. An example would be on this forum https://wtf.com I remember talking to the owners years ago, maybe decades, but even back then he had the same brilliant idea of tieing everything together. You'll see a dude up top, brains out, zombie looking. Then you'll see other aspects through out the site that tie back to it. Something fun like that is what I'd eventually want.


These usually only take a few days and get to page 3 or 4 before I find what I'm looking for.
As I said, I'll review each submissions in this thread, please be creative and don't be afraid to try something new for this awesome amazing forum that I'm working on

It can be also used as default profile pic and favicon easily.

the 2nd set in post 7
and then the owl in post 11 here

I just got in from a long day and will have one tomorrow. Not sure if I'll get a reply but I'm sure I'll have time by Wednesday to review everything.

I like the bottom right the best of your 4. Maybe add some depth to the logo

I don't mind the font but the text needs bigger. I know it's a lot of words but I guess put emphasis on "best forum" maybe that'll help
Maybe just have "BF" in the icon

I like the 4 letters maybe try this. white or transparent background. where you have the 4 words make "best" and "forum" stand out more, maybe try primary colors and have "the" and "ever" as another color, then match those colors to the 4 letter icon.. like if forum is red then the f circle would be red.. try that please
