Hey guys, My blog is getting to the stage where I realise I need to concentrate on branding. I want to start getting some banners and stuff done, but first of all I need a logo. The red box is the area you have to work with. (I might give you little bit extra height if you need it and stick a ad banner in the white space that a higher logo will create. What I am looking for: Must stick with blue theme of blog Something Brandable - preferably not just text not gimicky or fun - prefer professional must have icon that can be brandable on it's own - ie shoemoney's shield Some logo styles I like to help get the creative juices flowing: http://i32.tinypic.com/2qnpq8o.jpg - very clean and professional http://99designs.com/contests/8511/entries/564865 - has icon that can become brandable without name http://99designs.com/contests/8485/entries/565162 - I love how brandable the icon on this one is. I hope that gives you enough to get started, let me know if you have any questions. [BONUS] I will be doing a blog post on my new logo design on StandOutBlogger.com including the competition winners information and a strong recommendation. I will give this a tentative end time of 36hours from now - with a bit of leeway if designers need it. Looking forward to your amazing entries!
No. I am willing to make the white space larger, pushing the "Don't want to be an" down further. If you understand.
A little to simple of an icon, and not a fan of the text font. Feel free to submit more designs. I think this is a little to messy. I am looking for the text to be simple and the icon to be by itself (preferably to the left of the text. Nice start though guys!
Nice colours. Best so far. I'm not sure whether it is the black or the dark blue but one of them just doesnt seem right to me
I like you icon, but I am not a fan of the stroke around your text. OTHER ENTRANTS: Feel free to expand from the circle with SB in it as a icon, I am open to other possibilities.
hey, I really like that icon! can you show me what it would look like with the black portion extending up to look like a b? if that works. also could you give me some samples of other text variations?
