Hey Guys,

I need a logo for my site DoMyHW.com ( Do My Homework )

The site is not up at the moment. However it will be running this script: http://fiverrpro.dev.agriya.com/

The site is like a marketplace where people can offer to do homework for others in exchange for cash.

No set colour scheme for the logo. But keep in mind the script that I showed you and the scheme on that. So make sure it looks good on that template.

The text for the logo should read: Do My HW
Slogan: Buy and Sell Homework services.

I would like an icon to go with the text. I had the idea of a pen/pencil and pad with a cash $ sign on it. However feel free to experiment. Would like to see some unique designs coming through.

I would like the design to look nice and web 2.0.

The contest will last for 48 hours. Starting at the time of this thread. Reward is $20 via PayPal. I have held quite a number of successful contests before on DP and would like another great one ( check my itrader to see ). I will require the PSD of the design and font files if custom fonts were used.

I will give feedback for every design submitted. Although please be patient as I am not at my computer 24/7

evelester: Thanks for the entry. I like the concept but it just doesn't have a nice feel / flow to it. Not to fond of the black for My and the design doesn't flow together too nicely.

ideosmil: Thats a really awesome design, I really like it. Could you try integrate the slogan into it though?

pixelbatch: I like the clean crisp look. However the do and my look like its one word rather than two. Could you make it so that they look like 2 seperate words?

a second concept

 

pixelbatch: I like the cool crisp look to your work. But the house doesn't seem to resemble the concept for my site that I had in mind. I like the style of the design but the house just doesn't seem to fit in. Also not to sure if pink/purple would look too good on the site.

hevipalsana: Sorry but I don't like the design. First off Garfield is a copyrighted image and it can't be used. The font looks a bit to standard, doesn't really flow nicely and it wouldn't look good on the site.
