$20 - Jersey Design - Lyme Disease, for CHARITY

Hello everyone,

I am in need of a jersey design for a lyme disease charity which I help run.

The website is ChildrensLyme.org. I have included an example.

Please use only green, black and white colors. Stressing bright green.

Also please include "TeamLyme.org" on the jersey somewhere.

good question, there is no need for a last name or number on the jersey.
