20$ image flyer needed for craigslist

NOTE: THE TITLE SAYS 20$, BUT I INCREASE THIS TO A $30 contest.




Looking to get a simple flyer done for a quick job. This is going to be posted as an image on craigslist.
Payout - $30 via paypal.

Provide a psd or adobe product file for me to edit in the future.


Key notes:
-Catchy but simple.

There is no real theme here except to attract people to read it.
Add dollar signs, some colors to make things pop. Whatever have you.
The text are sectioned off into paragraphs/groups - do what you want to get it done.




Example of what i'm looking for -- the one you got is not bad, but maybe a bit too plain?

Do not carea bout the number - just allow that to be editable. Name doesn't matter either not goign to insert it into this advertisement.

What's the name for this company?
And probably the phone number since it says to call.
