btw thanks TDGraphics. I figure they are just hazing the new guy. What people don't understand is that its not necessarily about this particular contest but developing a ongoing relationship that will lead to more work.
If you choose my design I will make any changes... thats a sample so you choose me and all changes will be made.
not bad but it kind of reminds me of TDgraphics design. You can use the same feedback I gave him and also do something to differentiate it a bit.
I like your simplistic approach but I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of the blue incorporated somehow. I also like how yours has a bit of a glossy look to it. I like the nice clean look.
i don't see anything in common with my version and tdgraphics's. I didn't get the feedback you gave to him. What do you want ? another text space ?
I posted it earlier when it would end. No new entrants would be admitted after 8pm EST sunday evening. I guess there isn't really alot in common. I see what you are trying to do with the water and the sky in the background but I'm not really a fan of it. I also don't like the big orange enter button. You should put three panels down at the bottom in the white area for me to use for additional information.
If you wanted some sample text to use in the introduction part it will probably look something like this. "CruiserFAQs.com is a community for people who love and want to learn more about cruise vacations. Share your advice, experiences and opinions about cruising. Do you have a question, tip or review? Share it so it can be read and voted on by other members. The most popular submissions become CruiserFAQs. Cruisers enter here."
I received entries from the following people: Webmasterplace TDGraphics Moka Gal Zeba these people can tweak there designs but no new entries will be accepted as of 8pm EST I'll be reviewing all of the entries over the next 24 hours
I want to first say thank you to all that submitted entries. I am going to chose Webmasterplace for this particular contest and to do all future work on this particular website. The reason I chose him had to do with his submission (which will be posted for all to see soon) and because I think he will be a good fit for this project in the future. Now that I have a picture of the type of talent that exists here at Digitalpoint I hope I can just go straight to you guys instead of posting projects or contests. I do plan on getting in contact with one or more of you guys because I think you do top notch work and could use your help in future projects. Thank you
Thank you burghboy! Never thought I would win this one Burghboy or me will post the winning entry soon. It was a nice contest.
this was the winning entry webmasterplace winning entry I believe that was actually the next to last revision but it captured what I wanted the best of all the entries.
