$20 I need a intro page for my website

I was looking to have a introductory page to the website in my sig made. It would not have to be anything complicate (especially because I'm on a limited budget). It just needs to be a simple landing page that explains what my website attempts to accomplish. The things I require would be:

    1. My logo to be prominently displayed
    2. Block of text explaining what my website is
    3. Of course it has to incorporate the colors I already use.

anything else would be up to the designer. Since my budget is limited I would also be more than happy to put a link to your portfolio at the bottom of the page until the end of the year. As well as a link in my signature. I am looking for someone that will be around for a while because I will be in need of work in the future. This is basically version 1 of what I am trying to do with a new version coming (with a larger budget) coming out after I iron out all of the bugs.

The link is in my signature
money will be paid via paypal

What is your website, where can I find the logo, what text do you want on it?

sorry about that. The website is in my signature. The text is just an explanation of what my site is about I can provide that after a winner is chosen. Filler text can be used for now.

$20 dollars is simply too low, you can barley get a logo design for that amount.

Flash isn't necessary but really I'm just looking for the best possible design so whatever the designer decides is best I am open to.

I based it off of a another contest that was getting good results in this same forum

If I am not satisfied with the results (i.e. not get any entries) I may look into just finding a individual to do the job for me

will pay 20 dollars for the design and 10 more for the coding. Payable by paypal

The prize is explained in the title and first post. I neglected to put the ending time but I will except new entries until 8pm Sunday evening. Revisions on those will be accepted until 8pm Monday evening and a winner will be chosen either at that time or within 24 hours of that deadline. This is mainly in case for some reason I am not able to get online immediately at the conclusion.

not really what I am looking for. I don't want the logo to be that integrated with the rest of the design. Also those rough waters would probably make me not want to take a cruise.

good start but I need a section located below the orange and above the click to enter part so I can put another text box or possibly a tag cloud
nice clean look but once again I need a spot below the text where I can put my tag cloud or something else like upcoming cruiserFAQs.
