20 $Header/logo Contest

I am looking for a header and logo for my website, the website is about restaurants, bars, clubs

the logo may have a serving chicken(waiter)

web2.0 colors ( green or blue)
width also not finalized - after i finalized the header you may have to change the width

I want to show the header with logo on the home page and then on the other pages just the logo

If you haven't payed for the banner yet, you have no right using it on your website. Thats stealing.

Please read my post above, I have requested that I am trying different logos to see how it looks, I am a developer too and respect others work, please don't ruin the things if you can not contribute in a positive way

 

how could it be stealing when he plainly told us about it?

if you try on a pair of pants before buying them is that stealing too?
