I need a new header. The dimensions need to be 567 x 240. The design must fit with the website design at www.0ptavoice.com replace the 0 with an o. I will pay $20 for the chosen header immediately via paypal. I will need the source files in case I need to make a change later myself. I have collected some images on the web.
