www.altomhelse.info needs a header, the size is 596X134. Its a general health page. Dont mind the colors that are on the site now, I can and want to change that colors. Please use colors that you like and that you think will fit a general health page. The contest will run untill I get an entry that I like very much, but not for more than one week, I reserve the right to not use any of the submitted headers, but I am very sure that you will make one I like

Yes, its paypal, I can add the paypal fee to the $20. Thanks for asking, makes me think a bit. The problem is that the header is made up of tables. I would actually like to have a header that will cover the entire width with the exception of the last sentence written in blue. That will make the header made up of 1 image of "174x134" and the next one "596X134", but they should look like they are together. Then you can include the name in the header you make. That cross is not my logo so feel free to design anything you like.
