Google sets the price for an ad. If the price is low than they have good reason to make it low. Removing that advertisement will get you another one with low CPC. You can not influence the advertisements that will be displayed. You need to change the content to display higher paying ads. Nonetheless, that could reduce your niche relevancy and result in smart pricing. Don't do that. Let google do their job. It's dangerous to target high paying ads only... Smart pricing depends on CTR? Lol! CTR is not a factor at all. It is the conversion rate. Also, the other info is not really well researched. Please guys, if you wanna read something serious consider my other thread on dp. I am working with Adsense for more than 2 years and trust me - there is a lot of false information in this article.
