I like http://linkdiagnosis.com/ - needs to install FF plugin - but worth it.
It gives a lot of info about backlinks quality, not only the numbers that can be shown manually with google link: and yahoo site explorer

Thanks for the list. There are lots of tools out there. I still like backlinkwatch.com. It looks kind of cheesy but shows no follow, OBL...
