Thanks for all your entries, here's some more feedback:

DevilishBoy: Not bad, a little basic and the initial X I think would look better smaller.
Gipanuhotko: This is a nice design, distinct styling which I'm not sure yet whether fits with the rest of the site design I have in mind.
deveauroux: Both designs look nice, would look better centred and maybe with bigger text?
witcher: Bit too basic for me, and too big for the image area, sorry.
NsaneNoob: Nice design, simple and effective.
Satchii: Good designs, not sure whetehr they fit with the rest of the site design I'm looking for but the designs do look good.
Lono: Not so keen on E, the others look ok but don't grab me like some of the other entries. I think they're a little too basic, look similar to something I feel I could come up with myself.
aqualife: Designs are a little to big, quite creative designs but don't feel like they work as well as some of the other designs.
bluesinjid: Sorry this one doesn't work for me in the context of the rest of the site...
VashaDesign: Like these designs, both look good to me but especially the second design, possibly needs a change to the games.co.uk part to make it stand out a little less.
kolgames: These don't really work for me, sorry. Not too keen on the X style, although the rest looks ok.
cyber_demo12: Nice design, well reworked but don't think it's a bold enough design for my site.
Lono: Same comments as previously, all the designs look very similar and don't quite do it for me, sorry.

Anyone else interested in entering this contest?

 

Texts are a bit bigger as u said.

 

here are several font/color variations.

if you still dont like the X's font or color I can change it to whatever you need. Also, if you want the black grungy looking top like in my original submission, I can do that as well. Thank you.

Top one out of the two is spot on VashaDesign, PM me the file, let me check it on my website so I know it lines up correctly etc, and send me your PayPal address and I'll send over the cash.

Thanks for all your designs guys, there were some good ones in there and it was genuinely difficult to choose a winner. However VashaDesign just had the edge for me and as they say there could be only one winner, hopefully see you all entering my future contests.
