Wow! I will be soon out of money ;-)

* thetop1 : I really like the last entries (post 29) : this is the right direction (bip, bip) ! the last with a background image is particularly interesting.

* yugo (post 25) : interesting, I will ask to remove the strips if i choose that header.

* olariualex (post 24) : ok for variations

* hard2kill (post 23) : the first is simple and nice.

* Karinna (post 21 and 22) : sorry, you are in the wrong direction (no surface effect, the leopard skin pattern is not wanted)

General comments:

* do concentrated on new entries rather than modifying an older. I can estimate if a header is OK, and will ask basic modifications at the end.
* i noticed that the degrades that gives a 3D effect is better if horizontal or (slight) wave like rather than parabola. Let me explain with examples:

hmm, lets look...

if you need design like that, u can't have a header with parabola or sth like that.
