This isn't exactly what you asked for - I just can't figure out a good way to incorporate a hand. But I did try to give a country/rock feel and the rose for the girly aspect but in a tattoo kind of way. The colors can be changed but I think this design would be cool on a black t-shirt. Now that's uploaded, I see I forgot a couple spots when I was trying to decide on which shade of green to use - if chosen, I will fix that for you.
