So do you have a bunch of MFAs Unique content, keywords and links are the most effective ways to build quality/profitable sites, which is why so many people use those methods.
Just keep testing different placements & ad types on your site to see which works best. Use channels to track everything then simply use the best combination that works on your site
He disses people for using blogs and at the same time boasts about doing nothing and making a fortune anyway. What-EVA, Dave. You'll eventually realize what you make is pennies compared to some of us here at DP, despite us dumb blokes relying on those tools of dummies called 'content'.
lol, its funny how you keep calling him dave chapelle . But to get back on topic, is the OP going to comment back on whether or not he'll post up his url?
He didn't ask anyone for help, he was pondering how to improve, but I don't see that as an open invite to pester him for his URL then chastise others that try to respect him from keeping it hidden. Just leave him be if he doesn't want to show it, who really cares?
corinaw and Tyler Banfield have spent a lot of time here helping people, so when this guy posted, they just assumed he was looking for help as well, and reacted appropriately. And this line: makes it sound like he is asking for advice. But since he hasn't come back, I'm assuing he doesn't give a flying flip, but oh well. Still, you translating our asking for his URL so we can render assistance as "pestering" is insulting. This is what we get for trying to help people? Being called "pests"?
The thing is, this isn't the first time that someone has asked for help without giving a URL. If you're going to ask someone to help you out, you need to give out your URL. If someone isn't comfortable giving out their URL, they shouldn't start a thread. Without a URL, you're only going to get generic advice, and this can be obtained just as easily by searching DP and reading responses to other threads.
I find the fact it's trying to be twisted (now with me) insulting, Jack. Who really cares? You mean to tell me, in all of your infinite wisdom and being around here long enough that you can't understand why he shouldn't show everyone his URL? Cmon.. "PM me your URL and I'll help you out" would have sufficed, not a near demanding of his $20 a day URL. Me? I don't give two craps, I have 3 of my $20 + a day sites posted in my sig but I understand in this world of sharks, theives, and cheats why someone would be overprotective of something like this. And now, paint me as the badguy, whatever.
I didn't think you were allowed adsense on sites with a fighting theme though, so maybe not such a good idea having them in your sig?
I've had all my sites checked by Google and changes made appropriately, thanks for the concern though.
I've got no issue with someone keeping their url private, but the OP seemed to be asking for help which is why we all chimed in ready to offer advise. Woo-hoo threads to share your happiness on a goal achieived are fun too, but if that's what the point was, it was not clear. We would not of asked for his url if it was. Depending on how that mystery site is set up right now, even a minor change with ad placement and title/url color could double that $20. Whatever- All the info is here in the forum if he/she does some research.
hey guys wats going on. i aint a thief. i wont use illegal clicks for a couple months and then get kicked by adsense. as for my URLs well......... www. watanafghanistan.com www. alifafghan.com 2 of the sites i own and are pretty slow....
www.watanafghanistan.com It's a blog, which means you need to update it regularly. It looks like you only have two posts since April. You should start trying to post two to three times per week, and then gradually work your way up to one or two posts every day.
Really? I had no idea. That would be nice because adding loads of unique articles, which I spend hours on doesn't seem to be working.
