Hi ~~~~, I am really sorry to hear that. In terms of those in-page pop-ups, we have tried to clear up our malwares by using Dasient, a web-based malware program, to help us monitor our network. I can’t say that we are completely clean of malware, but we definitely have less malware than ever before, and we hope to continue to monitor and prevent more malware attacks from occurring.

Half of what you listed dont work on cpc model so they cant be really called adsense alternative.. try admaya.in
None of them are as good as adsense- I tried a lot of them after I got banned. Most advertise russian girls which is pretty inappropriate for a teenage job site.
