I don't think that is very professional yet
and it doesn't have to be exactly like the banner I posted, but the vBulletinSetup and the "v" (logo) has to be visible.
maybe make the logo a watermark, or fade it.. not sure on the correct term, but have that in the background.
I'm open for using the google, yahoo, ask, msn logo in it somehow, but very small.

I don't want that blue to be used as much, out of the last 2, I like the 2nd one more, but still not what I'm looking for. I don't want the text so small it can't be read in reference to the "vbulletin support forum" text on the 2nd one

 

Updated. This blue matches your logo, so it's more of a brand recognition thing, where when the user sees it, they know it's your brand. But it also depends on where you're going to place this.
Do you have any colours in mind? A specific style you want? E.g. more curves, web 2.0, etc. "Professional" is a very broad term, and it can mean lot of things!

 

I like what you've done, the blue that I don't like is that big block is slanted blue.. the right side of the 468x60 banner I posted above.

and maybe try a fade, verses the quick change you have now

I like the curve you added so far, I'm open to see what you can do while keeping the brand, sorry I'm not a designer so it's hard to describe what I'd like. I'm open to new ideas, I just want the icon and the "vBulletinSetup" to match what I have now and they don't have to be placed next to each other.

post 16, maybe remove the pixelated areas, like around the icon and ont he curve
post17, I tink it, it seems a bit cramped
post 19, I don't realyl want the blue grid as all, I know it's what's on my site, but I want that area a solid color I think.
post 20, I think this a lot, it's crips and clean, sorry I don't have any suggestions, you're on the right track and it's the one I like the best so far
oh, didn't see post 21.. I like this one too, maybe kill the icon in the dark blue bg, and make "vbulletin support forum" text a little larger
