Contest [20$] Contact Form Graphic, Call To Aciton Graphic 48 hours

Hey all,

I need a call to action graphic you know like the contact forms and mailing lists forms you see on websites with the real nice looking graphics to make you fill in the form something like that the website is related to injury compensation. (no coding required)

You can use stock photos, ( making it look locally based in Liverpool would be good) please limit to 1 or 2 max and use the watermarked version of the image you find so you’re not wasting pennies if you don’t win.

Nice entry,

Perhaps instead of signup free, it shoudl say something like,
you can also use stock photos, its injury compensation / solicitor niche just use the watermarked photos for now if you win
i will buy the originals from istock

baps i like the form but i dont like the stock image you have used maybe use a car crash photo or something

you can use istock photos, just use the watermarked version if its good ill buy the photo,
