as much as I HATE them, you could try an autotraffic program.... and sell the traffic.. again, I think they are crap, but people do use them so it does work...

well if your ISP allows it, you could start your own servers
    or colocate them somewhere

Where are you based? If there's a need for internet access in your community you could always open an internet cafe and charge people for internet access. Don't know if that'll be an option though since it's very much a location based thing. Over here Internet Cafes can do very well especially since the cost of internet access here is very expensive.

Alternatively you can look into doing some kind of online service e.g. Posting on forums for a fee, adding data into a database etc.

yup, internet cafe (or for your case, internet home) sounds good. if you can link them together for a lan game, that will be nice! people are not playing games online due to the lag: you just kill that problem! (although lan game has been in the estate for years)

20 computer? if you could provide a remote access to each of the computer (adding virtual desktops as well) could be a good opportunity for forex, stock, futures traders.
rent it to some forex trader, as now days there are numerous auto-trading robots..

Me myself are looking for such services.. ;)

You should definitely take a look at the services section here on DP. You might be able to find someone looking for somebody to do a specific task. Alternatively you can take a look around to see which services people need to be done. Figure out how to meet those needs and you are set.
