$20 banner contest 24 hours

I am looking for two banners,

One sized - 468x60
the other - 728x90

The banner is for http://www.the flashforward forums.com

I would like the banners to be animated as to draw the attention of the users, maybe a flash of somesort as it is FLASHforward.

that is just a suggestion though, if you think something will look better then that will be good I am not saying it needs a flash...

I would be looking for dark colours to go with the forum...
