I am selling a software product, and i got 20,923 Imprs, but just 29 clicks, and no sale....

    Why?

my ads shows "Buy now for only $19.95"

Without the ads themselves, it's hard to judge.

Are you giving them reason enough to click?

Where are you ranked on average?

Ad scheduling-is it on, when is it?

What are your keywords and are they relevant enough to the ad?

To me, simply asking why without giving us additional info isn't much to go on.

my product is a Youtube Downloader software.

My keywords are around "Download Youtube", "Download youtube video" and so on.

Now the Click Budget at least $10 per click, perhaps because my CTR rate is too low...

What should I do now? Is my product landing page not good?

this is my product landing page: http://www.hihisoft.com

It has to be the ads. Try A-B testing them to discover the best one.

I'm going to guess that you have search and content enabled (they are default settings). Split this campain into two and have one for search and another for content. Bid lower on the content network and have image ads as well as text ads on your content. Also on your search network another problem might be broad match with no negative keywords. If this is so, ad negative keywords and throw some phrase match and exact and see what converts and how much it is costing you per click for each match type and what average position you are for them and what converts.

your landing page is good but it could use some bold font that lets them kow the first second they get to the page that they can download the software for $20 it kind of took me a second to find out what it was and how much it costs

Maybe people aren't interested in buying the script and the ones that actually do click the ad might think they are going to get something free? Maybe offering customers a demo might help.
