Contest $20 48 hr corporate logo contest

so i need a logo for a company called "ARC Capital"
this company will be starting a forex fund
they manage capital and will move into managing assets
we do not have a color scheme in mind
we were thinking about an "arc" as like the half of a circle as well as the "ark" as in the big azz boat
lol
but we do not want a boat per say
maybe something abstract that encompasses them both
i am looking for something professional and clean
