$20 - 2 banner contest - 468x60 & 125x125

Looking to get a banner redesign. I have a Flash banner 728x90, looking to get the same text with 2 new sizes but not Flash, preferably GIF animation, because most ad networks don't allow Flash. Doesn't need to be the same design, similar nice metallic black/blue/silver tones would be good though. Payout to the winner for those 2 banners is $20 through PayPal.

Why don't you just convert it to gif? Then you can use free resize tool
