Hi all, I am creating a site Starsplayer dot com, a niche community for members that play poker on www.pokerstars.com I need a logo that is attractive, 2.0, and professional. Use a 2.0 Font. Open to any colors. Use some 2.0 style icon or image to add to the font, possibly a microsoft style person icon or anything that calls to the imagination poker/community/player/group/whatever. I had originally started this as a $10 logo, decided you guys deserve more. I intend to pick the winner most likely by tomorrow, possibly as late as the day after if I'm not seeing good creative entries.....but one winner is guaranteed as long as I see entries from a few of you.
I recieved an entry via pm that was an actual pokerstars logo, so to clear things up: I need a logo for StarsPlayers.com that is for a new website design for a forum of players who play at PokerStars, everyone get it?
I like it, but you should note that the .com should be included in the logo. I too thought of using the spade as a star, and I like it, have a bit of a concern it reads funny that way. Can't wait to see some more creative entries DP!
Wow, some great entries so far guys! I'm a bit busy this second with my "real job" to do a full critique for everyone, but I'm really impressed so far. At the moment I am really liking: Nabs and GraphicsUnpluggeds entries.
Go for it Magic, contest is not closed just yet......although I see two designs I would at this point be more than happy with if I had to choose now, I'm absolutely enjoying seeing more entries.
