Kenigmatic, I am not gonna go any further as to say, that you pm-ed me that you cannot pay for it. That you will have finances after 31 of March. I said, that it's yours, yes, if no one offers more before 31 of March. In mean time I've got higher offers. I was reading my private messages to you. Anyhow, please accept that I am kind of new in this whole selling website business. Concept of BIN wasn't completely understood by me.

So how much time/day or week do I need to run this site?
If you decide to run it on a dedicated host, please discuss with me first. You will need a dedicated server for this site to run. That is for sure.
Once I setup the site, you don't have to worry about it. It runs on it's own.
Dedicated server anywhere between $100-$200 will do.
From time to time, you may get a request from someone to delete a particular thread, I will show you how. It happens approx. 10 times a year.

Do you do any type of banner, link for affiliate program for extra revenue?
I do not run anything else on the site other than AdSense, although I was playing recently with some banners. Didn't give it enough time though to see the results.

What can we do to increase revenue + traffic in the future?
I really don't know what you can do to increase revenue. AdSense does well for me. But it has been suggested to me numerous times, that YPN may show better results, but I am in Canada, so I can't take a part in YPN.

Did you try to sell your site before?
Yes, I have the site on sedo.com for over year, had approx. 20 valid offers. I never accepted one, nor replied. Someone told me that I shouldn't accept yet and wait for little longer and as the site goes, it will be a good indicator for potential buyer to see that much interest in the site.

How large is the site's content?
Takes approx. 20gb of mysql databases, rest is maybe 100mb. That is why is dedicated server necessary.

How much traffic a day?
Approx. 3gb in-out. Pretty normal for that many visitors. Site is also using gzip to save the bandwidth, otherwise it would be 3 times more.
