$20,000+ Yearly AdSense Revenue, >3800 uniques/day steady traffic for over 3 years!

I am thinking of selling one of my best sites, well established and fully automated Usenet news archive with couple of millions of pages of content, where messages are automatically sorted out to 8 different thematic forums.
Each forum has Google page rank of 4 or 5. Most forums in this one domain are Dmoz listed.
Administrator can disable/enable the forums for posts from site to Usenet and control all kinds of other synchronization aspects of the site. Site has been active for over 3 years now.

I can provide full stats for up to 1058 days back and whatever AdSense prove needed if decided to sell.

4rd year (2007) - January started at slowly approx. $1200, which was little confusing at first, but looking back, it was the same in Jan of 2006, eventually last 5-6 months of the year make up for it, with between $2000 - $2500 monthly profits.

+ every year there is approx. $1500 of additional profit from search results and google referrals.

I am interested to know how much I can ask for this domain and if there are any serious bidders out there.

I am still only playing with the thought of selling this domain and looking at what market can offer!

Site is established portal for access to favourite newsgroups via web interface. Site provides a fully automated system for newsgroup synchronization. It has build in option to enable its users to read and/or post articles to Usenet Newsgroups.

Site has many millions of posts and many thousands of unique visitors a day.

Profit from Google advertising is fluctuating between 1200-3000/month.
Google AdSense earning stats are posted above.
Jan, Feb and Jun, July months are slower, rest of the year is better.

Site shows stable amount of visitors over the period of last two and half years.

Ah, one more thing to mention. Site is only using Google AdSense, but I had numerous advices from some of my visitors of replacing my tags with YPN tags. This could perhaps reflect that if you're in USA, you can make more money on this site using YPN ads.
I never tried it. I cannot use YPN as I am in Canada.

I don't need to sell, and I wasn't really planning to sell, as much as gather some information, but this is interesting.

That makes it pretty much exactly $40K Canadian

If such BIN happens and there is no one overbidding it for 12 hours, I will sell. Same goes for overbid.
