20.000 impressions/day and only 5 clicks ====> no income

    it's really hard to believe that 20 000 impressions are worthless, but they are for me.

    i will quit using adsense, but need something that works. any ideas?

    This is really strange. Maybe some delay in statistics or maybe just a bad day.
    But you can certainly work on your ad formats to optimize them for better CTR. If still not satisfied better use CPM ads ( select Image ads only while creating ads in adsense.)

    20000 impressions and no clicks!!!Right now i am starting with a new site and i just have 100 impressions average and earn 0.02 cents!!!There is something wrong!!!

    It is 5 clicks, not zero. and a low traffic website like the one you are talking about is always very uncertain in daily income.

    If you get 5 clicks, it means you didnt position your banners very well in places where visitors will click it.

    it all depends on your placement, if you could provide your link here, we could advice you more on the postions of placement.
    generally the big square of 300x250 works best for lots of niche

    The first place we need to start is traffic source? Where is the traffic coming from? Are you generating traffic from popups/popunders/any other funny traffic generating techniques?
