$20.00 splash screen needed - quick contest

Contest:
I'm looking for a nice redesign of my current splash screen for one of apps.
My current splash screen is shown at the bottom of this thread.

Details:
The splash screen needs to contain our new logo and color scheme from http://thetoolsmith.com/joomla

Text Required:
"Easy Adder"
Version info (e.g. v3.0.2)
"Checking Registration..."
"www.thetoolsmith.com"

The winner will need to supply the .psd file so we can change version info etc for each release.
