    I need this site off my hands today. I'm selling it because I do not have the time needed to upkeep it as I am in college and have other projects to attend to.

    The tutorials are not unique to this site (as they have been copied by other wannabe sites), but the theme is 100% unique and original to this site.

    The site gets about 100 uniques a month and 350+ p/v. Assume no revenue as I have not monetized it. However, the site has great potential. If you're interested please contact me.

    BIN is $50.

    I originally bought this site for $500 and it was getting well over 100 uniques a day and averaging $80-100 in Adsense monthly. However I let things go down as I was working on other things. So I'm cutting my losses and selling the site.

    I am willing to help transfer the website to the new hosting account. Website runs on a Wordpress 2.9.1 build.
