    PR1 Wordpress site with unique content and premium theme.
    Site built March 2010 33 pages indexed in Google.
    Domain name with GoDaddy paid until March 2012 free push to buyer.
    Own C-panel. I will continue to host free of charge until 30th June, you can of course transfer to your own hosting before this.

    Assume no income - last year just around $5 Adsense plus small amount of affiliate sales.

    This site has been neglected so has very little traffic or income. The traffic figures given are an average from AWStats – Google shows less.

    An easy refresh and flip for someone who knows what they are doing or a good newbie project.
