Selling 2 Year Old KW Domain - hypermiler.ws, PR2, Adsense/EPN Earnings

This auction is for a 2 year old site: hypermiler.ws. My reason for selling is that the domain is just about up for renewal and I'm in the process of clearing out some of my old sites.

It's a great keyword domain. I added all the content myself, mostly videos, but some unique articles as well. I've gotten a few backlinks, and the site was even featured in a Mother Jones article last year which sent some nice traffic for a while.

Since I launched the site in 2008, the site has earned 42.37 in AdSense and 23.35 via EPN. It gets a handful of organic visits per day and ranks #3 in yahoo for the term Hypermiler.

Other than posting the articles and videos and getting a couple links, I literally have done nothing to this site since 2008. It could be monitized a lot better and it's a growing niche.

Domain is registered at GoDaddy, I will probably need to renew it before transferring since it expires on Aug 2. I'll provide the Wordpress data in a Wordpress export file. If you want the theme as well, I can zip that and provide it as well.

I just want to point out that I do have stats to back up the earnings claim if you really are curious. Also, I will consider starting bids below $50 as well.
