As I said no content is included, but have a look at the sales page for the ebook at the link below. I don't know how much was paid to get the sales page written but you can copy the sales page word to word while developing this site if you want to because I own the copyright to all the material on the site including the sales page.

According to google's keyword tool the phrase "retirement in mexico" gets only 210 exact match searches per month.. That's hardly a highly searched term!

 

Exact match is 210 but broad match is 9900. Also, there are other keywords for which the website used to drive traffic from in the past such as "retire in mexico" which has 720 exact search, "retiring in mexico" around 400 exact search and many other that can be easily ranked due to low competition. Also, can be ranked for keywords such as "best places to retire" which has more than 8000 exact match search queries every month.
