2 x Banners - $15each - 24hours

I need two different banners made.

Banner One
---------------
Size: 470 x 325, with rounded corners

There should be three lines of text on the banner:
Line One: "Australia Day Sale"
Line Two: "All toys 10% to 50% off"
Line Three: "One Day Only - 26th January" (this text can be smaller than above)

I would like to see the Australian Flag as the background, preferably not a plain flat flag


Banner Two
---------------
Size: 230 x 325, with rounded corners

Text on this banner to be "Subscribe to our newsletter to win a $100 toy voucher" and in small text add "Click here to find out more details".

Both banners should be in PSD format using layers.

Banner One will be replacing the strawberry shortcake banner and Banner Two will be replacing the lego banner.

Not sure on colors for banner two but I would like the banner to blend in with the rest of the site.

For Banner One the Australian Flag must be shown but it does not necessarily have to take up the full background if you have other ideas.

Craftiness - Banner One looks great. With Banner Two I don't like the colors too much, especially with it positioned next to Banner One.

spbx - I like the banner, but can you please change the white outlined text as it may be a bit hard to read.

hpgraphic - Thanks for the revision. I like it more than the previous version, but I still prefer the banner from craftiness. I think there is too much on there. I am after simple but striking.

craftiness - Thanks for the revision. I am not too sure on the green color at the moment. For your banner one if it is picked as the winner is it possible to reduce the size to the requested 470px wide.

spbx - Thanks for the revision. Yes I like it thanks.

thepunnisher87 - Thanks for the entry. I do like the colors, it would go well next to the banner from craftiness and the strawberry shortcake (banner one is only there for 3 days, this will be there for a month). Is it possible to remove the transformer and put the genie in its place but centered.
