I was limited 2 weeks ago. Asked to resolve my disputes, the money was withdrawn from my account when I refunded the buyers. Asked to provide business information. I updated my contact page. Asked to provide a credit card. I don't have one. I can't make payments so all my employees quit. What's next? I can still receive payments so I have about $4000USD sitting in my paypal account. Maybe PP likes it that way....??? Any suggestions.
Contact paypal via phone call, and then as soon as possible apply a CC from your bank or you can use VCC, but its risky.
This is your second post with the same topic. Basically, you have not fulfilled any of the request for documentations so of course Paypal would not lift your limitations. First when they ask you to provide your business information, they did not ask you to update your contact information but rather they are asking you to send them a copy of your business registration or incorporation certificate issued by your Chamber of Commerce. Secondly, you need a Credit Card to get your account verified, there is no other way. Go to your bank and apply for a credit card. Banks do issue corporate credit cards for the business account or you can always apply for a personal one. You have to ensure that your account is verified before you actually use it. You really cannot blame Paypal for your shortcomings and for you not to submit the documents they require.
