Whats the revenue? Usually it depends on revenue your sites are generating. And you can calculate your sites' price by multiplying your one month revenue with 10. Other factors are obviously very important, that are PR, Traffic, etc. Hope it helps.
You mean traffic? What to do with traffic if that is not generating any revenue? Do one thing; multiply your one day earnings with 30 and then multiply the total with 10. I might not be right but this is the average price of your sites (Excluded PR)
You cant just multiply this and add that and get the price. Its much more complicated. The price depends on your niche, source of traffic, number of members, design etc etc You don't have to have revenue. You don't even have to have PR. To get the market value simply auction the forum off. Price elasticity of demand style.
