Welovewallpapers.com, which gets about 40 unique visits a day and some easy to use script to add new wallpapers, just upload them to a FTp account and then hey you are done! It is a great site and I am sure after a few more wallpapers are added it will be a sure fire hit

And also you buy nsvfish.com, this is a site that works only in IE and needs for a plugin to be installed, however it allows for the users to watch films and other things, you dont host the content so your doing nothing illegal. Not worth speaking about the visits, but it sure beats the crap TV stations of the internet.
