Selling [2 Websites For Sale - Both Earning Passively - Must Go!]

I have two websites for sale - both personal, and never sold. Time is no longer in my favor - having graduated college recently, started a new full time job... it's time to pass on the torch. Simply looking for a lump sum right now.

1) HighConvertingPLR.com - $4,000 OBO

I've had this PLR site active for around a year now though haven't kept up with it starting around two months ago once starting work full time. I had a decent following, regular buyers, and the quality has always been kept up to high standards.

There are currently 39 article packs for sale on the site. The majority are article packs of 10 (6 have 20, and about 3 have 5). All of the packs are only sold on HighConvertingPLR. I also have around 5 unlaunched article packs. You'll also find 52 blog posts.

And as for traffic, it has died down over the last two months and is around 10/day, all organic. The site has never been SEO'ed.

2) ResellCells.com - $1,750 OBO

I created this Clickbank product about 1 1/2 years ago and starting in 2012 it started doing well. I don't promote it at all - everything is completely passive - I just have a couple YouTube videos up and affiliates drive a lot of the business. Around 2-3 emails come through per week with questions about the product.

The site hasn't been SEO'ed in around 10 months, and when it was (by Matt LaClear) it ranked at #1 for around 6 months with ease for "buy and sell cell phones" and "make money with cell phones".

As for traffic, bots regularly visit the site generated from Clickbank so the numbers are inflated. On most days 1-3 sales come through.

The product itself is a 50-page eBook and 2 hour video series. Emails come through regularly regarding success people have been having which is nice. I am willing to provide continued email support to answer customer questions and such for the next 60 days.

Important Notes:

In both sales you receive everything... the username/password to all related accounts... it's all yours. This includes everything related to the sites as well, for example the WooThemes login for HighConvertingPLR.com and YouTube account for ResellCells.com.

I will be using Escrow for these transactions for your safety and mine.

First please verify your domain. and 2nd do i run your site with your name after purchase.? Let me know

 

Can't seem to figure out how to upload that file... if you're genuinely interested in the site, get in touch with me and I'll be able to confirm my ownership however you'd like... changing text, taking a video of logging in to the backend, etc. As for keeping my name or not with the 2nd site -completely up to you. You can keep my name or change it, whichever you prefer.

is your 1st product affiliate by WSO?

 

Is it a WSO (Warrior Special Offer)? No. It's a product on Clickbank. Affiliates come through Clickbank, promote it, and receive a commission when they make a sale. If someone makes the purchase not through an affiliate, the full amount goes to me. Everything is automated - digital delivery, payment, etc.
