i couldn't find the answer for this question.

Is it illegal if i put Google ads on 3 different sites from one ad sense account.

ok i read what you wrote again lol. my question was that am i allowed to place my ads on my other 2 websites from the same account. from your response it looks like yes.

Yes.

You can only own one adsense account. So all websites you own would use the same adsense account.

Yes its allowed you can use one adsense account for more than one site. For second site no need to wait for approval. Just place the ads in the second website and google media bot will automatically ad your website to this adsense account.

 

But be cautious applying your code on your other sites that those sites do not violate TOS...

Only 1 adsense account is allowed per publisher so yes, you do use the same code for each of your websites.
