    I am selling my main website becz i need money for car repair.

    Site is the one in my signature, www.website-marketplace.com

    established site
    over 500 email verified members
    included is all scripts in the product page (with reseller rights)
    blog --see tab for free webmaster tools
    and all tons of files for you to give away in blog --make money from filesonic etc
    getting around 9k to 10k traffic a month

    i only make about $50 to $75 a month from selling scripts and download revenue, some months nothing -- so consider no revenue

    Site is on first page of yahoo for "buy and sell websites" and about 3rd page of google.
