    I have let this site go, mainly because I lost interest, when google sunk my rankings into the tank, and would like somebody who can appreciate it and has time to revive it to buy it.

    Income has hit and miss for the last 6 months -averaging $0-$300 a month. I have backlinks at hostmonster and bluehost.

    The second site is unfinished, and is just sitting, but does have a good domain name. hostingwebreviews.com - This is also included.

    I don't want to move or transfer the sites myself, so arrangements will have to be made by the buyer to have that done.

    Actually I am not sure why, my ranking fell, other than I stopped building back-links and it just took one update. You know how google is.

    I have well over $500 into the site. If things were the same as a year ago, I would not sell less than $3,500, but hey things change.
